1. Screaming Frog SEO Spider

The Screaming Frog SEO Spider is small program that you can install on your computer that spiders web site links, images, CSS, script and apps. It also fetches key onsite page elements for Search Engine Optimization, displays them in tabs by type and allows you to filter for common SEO issues, or by exporting and importing into Excel so you can play with the data as you like. You can view, analyze and filter the information as its gathered and updated continuously in the programs user interface. The Screaming Frog SEO Spider allows you to quickly analyze or review a site from an onsite SEO perspective. Its particularly good for analyzing medium to large sites where manually checking every page would be extremely labor intensive and where you can easily miss a redirect, meta refresh or duplicate page issue. The spider allows you to export key onsite SEO elements (URL, page title, meta descriptions, headings) to Excel so it can easily be used as a base to make SEO recommendations from.

Pro SEO Tip

Here’s a link to a Google Sheet that I made that you can plug your Screaming Frog results into if you’re feeling adventurous. Export your Screaming Frog html results to a .csv file, then paste the results into the Google Sheet. This will show you your heading tag structure, title lengths, redirects, page speed and many other important on-page insights that you can fix yourself. 4. LSI Graph / LSI Keyword Generator

Definition: LSI keywords are phrase that contain words that are similar to your main keywords. It is often, but not always a synonym. Latent semantic indexing(LSI) keywords are part of Google algorithm to understand user search habits and give a user to best quality content for their search queries.

Search engines first understand a meaning of user queries, and then they also give results which are synonymically linked to the search query.

For example,

If your main keyword is “WordPress”, then your LSI keywords could include “WordPress Themes”,”WordPress Blog” or “WordPress SEO”.

LSI graph is the free SEO tool which generate Latent Semantic Indexing (LSI) keywords for you. Just put your main keyword in the search bar and its generate best and relevant keywords for you.

5. Google Review Link Generator

This tool generates a direct link to google reviews for your Listing ( both short and long in four variants ). Generated links from this tool are not part of Pleper, they point directly to Google. The tool is free to use! Google Reviews are a powerful ranking signal. The tool finds the CID (unique identifier for your business across all Google products) and based thereon generates a variant of 4 links where your clients can write a review. Just set it up and send the links to your clients. The link will take them to a Google Search results page for your business. All your customer needs to do, at this point, is scroll down and click “write a review” on the Knowledge Graph on the right-hand side of the page…they will have to sign in to Google if they aren’t already. This is a great little tool to generate reviews for your business…just be careful of how many reviews you post at once. No more than 2 or 3 per day to make it look organic and natural to Google.
